Speech bubbles (also called speech balloons / chat bubbles) are a graphic convention used in comic books and cartoons to allow words to be understood as something the character has spoken out loud. In this contact form designed by Valentin, we see a chat bubble that has 2 input fields : a text field for the email and a text area for the message along with a submit button. On clicking this button, it turns to a progress bar that moves from left to right and then replaces the form with a thank you message.
